ITScorePro
Overview
ITScorePro is a program that is easily applicable to structural selection in protein structure prediction. The energy scoring function included in the software (referred to as ITScorePro) was developed by using a novel statistical mechanics-based iterative method. Compared with the traditional way to derive knowledge-based scoring functions, our method circumvents the long-standing reference state problem by using rapid iterations through a physical, global convergence function. ITScorePro has been validated using diverse benchmarks.
Availability
ITScorePro is available free of charge for academic users. To obtain an academic user license, please download the ITScorePro academic license file, fill out, and fax back to us. ITScorePro will be sent to you upon approval.
